  1. Hi and thanks for the great post. I’ve also discovered the benefits of lemon water and its cleansing effect on the liver. That’s why when I went on a 3 Day Military Diet to lose the excess weight, I was drinking lemon water throughout the entire duration of the diet. I found that it also seemed to eliminate the sour taste in the mouth when you don’t eat a lot of food or when you’re in a restrictive diet. It also helped me ward off hunger pangs during the diet. All in all I lost 7 pounds after the military diet but I still continued with the lemon infused water till today.
