STUDY


A Birmingham, United Kingdom-based catering company has revealed a list of the world’s top ten healthiest foods.
According to the company, Plyvine Catering, these foods are inexpensive and easy to get, but are nonetheless ignored by people in favour of ‘more-exotic’ tasting food.
The list as compiled by the company includes…
  1. Lemons (Perfecto)
  2. Broccoli
  3. Dark chocolate ( How this possible, i dunnno)
  4. Potatoes (Don't know if its Irish??sweet??)
  5. Salmon (yummy)
  6. Walnuts
  7. Avocados
  8. Garlic (eat in moderation...ooo...the after smell on your breath..kai)
  9. Spinach
  10. Beans (Just falling in love with beans of late)
 Basic weight loss tips: • drink more water • adjust your portion sizes • lower your sugar intake • limit carbs to 1x per day • no fast food.

Rounding up, i would be updating pictures of my gym sessions this last week. Its been exhilarating. Totally worth it with all the aerobics class incorporated in it. 

I would be checking my weight sunday morning to see how far have fared. 

Saturday and owambe parties. I might just decide to switch off my phone, watch football and hang out with OGA MADAM. Parties and deep OIL fried meat, fish, small chops are a NO NO for now.
