Dear all, I know I promised to upload pictures, update the blog today....ooops.
Woke to up a very sore ankle. Can barely walk talk less of Jog. Currently at the hospital for X ray scan. Hurts really bad. Doctor has informed me that I would need to sleep over at the hospital...totally gutted.

This lil glitch won't deter me from my goal of losing Sum serious weight.
Should be back to updating this blog tomorrow.
