A BOWL OF SALAD {CABBAGE, CUCUMBER , ONION, LETTUCE, 2 SPOON OF BAKE BEANS} PLS NO CHICKEN OR EGG
DINNER
1 APPLE AND 5 FINGERS OF CARROT
TUESDAY

1 BANANA, HALF CUCUMBER AND HALF CUP OF PARSLEY
LUNCH
FISH PEPPER SOUP WITH SCENT LEAVE
DINNER
A BOWL OF WATER MELON
WEDNESDAY
MORNING
½ BEET AND ½ CUCUMBER
LUNCH
ONE SMALL BOWL OF OKRO WITH ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN OR FISH

EAT ONE CUP OF OATMEAL
THURSDAY
8 CARROTS AND ½ GINGER BLENDED
LUNCH
2 BALLS OF ONION WITH 1 PIECE OF CHICbKEN {ADD GINGER AND LITTLE CRAYFISH

1 FULL CUCUMBER AND 1 HAND OF GROUNDNUT, ALMOND NUT { PLS JUST ONE HAND}

1. NO SNACKING ON THIS DETOX
2. WE MUST DRINK OUR DETOX WATER
3. ONLY BAKED BEANS IS ALLOWED ON UR SALAD , NO MAYONISE OR WOTEVER
4. NO EXTRA PEANUT PLS ONE HAND IS ONE HAND {NO JARA}
5. DRINK UP TO 2 LITRES OF WATER AND FOLLOW UR WORKOUT SINCERELY FOR EFFECTIVE RESULT.
